I love the вЂњNeo-noirвЂќ (as wikipedia calls it) style of it all, and itвЂ™s cynical nature is very interesting.

ItвЂ™s also disturbing at times, and has some truly horrifying scenes. ItвЂ™s incredibly dark, and entirely serious. Anyway this is an excellent OVA by one of my favorite directors, Yasuomi Umetsu.
